Hi, I’m Bobby Ellis and I’m 17 years old. This whole thing started five years ago when I started racing karts in the WKA National Road Racing Series. Racing became my passion. In 2006 I became the national champion in Jr. Sprint. I took a chance and entered into the selection process for the Ron Sutton driver development program. I am proud to say that after over 500 applicants, 100 interviews, and 24 drivers invited to test, I made the cut for the 2007 program.
In 2008 I raced in a number of different series, inclusing Formula 2000 and Spec Miata cars along with Stock Honda and Spec 125 karts.
