Note well (February 20, 2009): The motor sports marketing entity dba Bobby Ellis Racing LLC ceased active operations in March 2008. Now that a suitable "wrapping-up" period has passed, we have filed articles of dissolution for Bobby Ellis Racing LLC with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. We thank those who were supportive of our business efforts and regret that we were unable to maintain the financial viability of the corporation.
